VYTRUVE keeps expanding its component library to better match your daily practice and your patients’ needs. Here are the references that were recently added, and how they can bring real added value to your day-to-day work.

New distal attachment: Bulldog Lock

The Bulldog Lock distal attachment expands the suspension options available in VYTRUVE for sockets with distal attachment. Compact and robust, here are its main features:

Lightweight and compact: 88 g (with pin) and an overall height/clearance of 24 mm.
Standard 4-hole mounting pattern.
Weight limit: 136 kg, with a 2-year warranty.

New foot: Pro-Flex TERRA (Össur)

The Pro-Flex TERRA (Össur) delivers a smooth rollover and strong energy return, while staying stable when the terrain gets more challenging. It supports active users both in daily life and outdoors, and it is waterproof, with a removable cover that’s easy to rinse after exposure to salt, chlorine, or sand. Heel height can be adjusted using wedges to fine-tune feel and control.

Its integration into the VYTRUVE library lets you include it directly in your designs, ensuring overall consistency across the entire prosthetic setup.

Possible use cases:

Active patients who spend time outdoors, on uneven ground, with exposure to water.
When looking for a balance between dynamism and stability (everyday walking plus occasional jogging).
Upgrading to a versatile foot without drastically changing the rollover, thanks to the adjustable heel.

Valve hole up to Ø 35 mm.

You can now customize your valve hole up to Ø 35 mm. The idea is simple: maximize compatibility with a wide range of valves (especially from Össur and Ottobock) and avoid “last-minute tweaks” when a component doesn’t fit a standard hole size.

In practice, this helps you:

adapt more easily to your valve selection (or a valve the patient is already using),
ensure a secure fit when the valve’s outer diameter or base is larger,
save time in design and manufacturing by reducing rework.
